This pain can last for 1 to 2 hours or up to a day. But sometimes there is a pain in the stomach due to serious diseases, which should be treated with the advice of a doctor.

Sometimes stomach pain is caused by eating contaminated food and drinking contaminated water. Apart from this, abdominal pain is also caused by tuberculosis, stones, intestinal obstruction, infection, cancer, and other diseases. If seen, there is a pain in the muscles in the stomach, but it is understood that there is a pain in the stomach. There can be some reasons for having simple stomach pain, such as food is not digested properly, if there is a complaint of constipation in the stomach, stomach pain occurs even if there is gas in the stomach.
Especially if there are worms in the stomach of children, there is a complaint of stomach pain. If there is an irregularity in eating or eating outside food like junk food too much, stomach problems also start. Abdominal pain occurs even when there is acidity. Simple colic can be treated by adopting home remedies. This type of pain subsides in a few hours or after 1 day. In severe abdominal pain, the pain lasts for a long time and is very severe.

This type of pain occurs due to many types of disorders such as stomach ulcer, kidney stone formation, appendix problem, stomach intestinal diseases. Some home remedies can be adopted for simple stomach pain, such as:-
Ginger tablet and asafoetida:- Taking ginger tablet and asafetida mixed with water gives instant relief. Make a paste by grinding a small piece of ginger. Fill a cup with hot water. Now add a spoonful of Golki powder, a spoonful of asafetida powder, and ground ginger in the same quantity. Dissolve half a teaspoon of rock salt in it and drink it. Use it twice a day. It gives great relief to stomach pain.
Drinking salt in lukewarm warm water also reduces stomach pain. Take a glass of water, dissolve a teaspoon of salt in it and drink it. Drink this solution after waking up in the morning on an empty stomach and before going to bed at night. It is very beneficial in stomach pain.
Consuming buttermilk on an empty stomach reduces the pain caused by gas. Take a glass of buttermilk and mix it with a pinch of rock salt. Then drink the buttermilk. It keeps the stomach quite cool and cures stomach pain.
Apply a paste of asafetida around your navel. Leave the paste on for 15 to 20 minutes, after that soak a cloth in cold water and wipe the stomach. It gives instant relief to stomach pain.

To get relief from stomach pain, eat a little rock salt mixed with betel leaf. Consuming betel leaf with rock salt twice a day will reduce colic.
Celery seeds have many beneficial properties, such as it is used in diseases related to stomach upset. If you have a complaint of constipation, then mixing a little powder of it in warm water and drinking it ends constipation, due to which the stomachache caused by constipation goes away. If there is a pain in the stomach, then chew the seeds of celery with a little rock salt and eat it. It gives instant relief in case of stomach pain.
Mint leaves can be used to grind its juice. If you want, you can use mint green available in the market. Its 5 to 6 drops can be used thrice a day. This will also give immediate relief from stomach pain.
Drinking juice made from coriander leaves reduces the burning sensation caused by acidity. Squeeze the juice of coriander in a cup of hot water and mix two spoons of honey and drink that water. This will give relief in stomach pain. If ulcers or ulcers have occurred in the stomach, then this treatment can prove to be helpful in reducing the pain.

It helps in reducing the pain of the abdominal muscles and also helps the patient to regain his physical strength. There may be other treatments for abdominal pain as well. The patient should have a bowel movement without any obstruction. It is necessary to have a bowel movement at least once in 24 hours, but if there is a problem in bowel movement and there is a complaint of constipation, then mixing two spoons of castor oil in a cup of warm milk and drinking it before sleeping at night is beneficial.
Mixing two spoons of lemon juice and one gram of rock salt in 50 ml of lukewarm water and drinking it also provides great relief. Along with this, special care should be taken on diet and food, when there is a pain in the stomach, then such food should be kept which can be easily digested and spicy food should not be consumed at all. The patient should not engage in any kind of activity after eating food. The patient should give up worry, tension, anger and remain relaxed. Stop drinking alcohol until the stomach ache is cured.
Grind cinnamon and a little asafetida together. Then dissolve it in some water and drink it. Taking half a pinch of ground red chilies mixed with jaggery ends stomachache. Roast some cumin seeds on a dry griddle. Then grind it and mix it with some honey and consume it. There will be benefits in stomach pain.

Take a few new leaves of guava and grind them. Then dissolve them in water and consume it. Abdominal pain makes a person miserable. Therefore, it should be treated immediately. Along with this, eat nutritious and simple food.
Consuming vegetables, fruits, and fibrous foods keeps the stomach light. Take wheat flour with bran. Add a little bran from outside in it and mix it. Then make chapatis and eat them. Chew each mouthful of roti thoroughly. The more saliva from the mouth with the mouthful, the faster the food will be digested in the stomach. Drink water at least one hour after a full meal, without drinking water with meals. Indigestion is caused by drinking water with food. Also, do not eat chili spices, rich food, meat-fish, egg. Be sure to drink as much water as you can throughout the day.
Take Isabgol husk with milk before sleeping at night. After dinner, take a walk for a while. Stomach pain stops by drinking the juice of ripe blackberry.
Make ashes by burning the peel of melon and mix it with a little black salt and consume it. Grind four grains of black pepper in two spoons of radish juice and mix it. Then add a pinch of salt to it and consume it. Drink the powder of black pepper mixed with onion juice in case of confusion.
Taking one spoon of Tulsi juice and one spoon of ginger juice warm and drinking it is very beneficial in stomachache. Dissolve dried mint in water, add a little sugar and a pinch of salt and consume it. This will give relief to stomach pain.
